“May these taste as good as you look”

Who doesn’t love peanut butter… anything??  These are so easy to make, and are beyond delicious!  I like to mix in Lily’s baking chips, or atkins chocolate peanut candies, or sugar free reese’s to make a peanut butter blossom-ish.

What you’ll need
1c. of your favorite peanut butter
1/2c. splenda
1 egg
1tsp. vanilla

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°
Line a cookie sheet with some parchment paper
Mix everything together in a small bowl until a dough is formed, start to Form your cookies on the sheet, if you are doing the peanut butter blossoms form the dough around the reese’s.  Flatten dough to desired thiccness, they won’t flatten out like a normal cookie.
bake at 350° for 10-13 minutes.

Depending size, I get around 14/15, these are 1-2 net carbs per cookie depending on what toppings you use.

Let these sit and set for at least 10 minutes.  Enjoy them right away, or if you can, pop them in the freezer for a bit and let them firm even more up.  I really do hope you try these, they are too simple and too yummy not to sister… or brother!
